About us

Welcome to The Coburg Restaurant at the Conrad Dublin Hotel, where history and elegance converge to offer an unparalleled dining experience. Our restaurant is inspired by the equestrian history of the 19th-century Coburg Gardens, the original name for what is now the Iveagh Gardens and the grandeur of the Royal Horse Show which was first hosted at the Coburg Gardens.  Embracing this history our restaurant's décor is a tasteful blend of luxurious leather, polished marble, and subtle equestrian details, creating an ambiance that is both sophisticated and inviting.

At The Coburg, we invite you to embark on a culinary journey that celebrates the rich tapestry of Irish cuisine. Our menu masterfully balances modern innovation with time-honoured traditions, featuring dishes crafted from the finest local ingredients. Savour the flavours of Ireland with every bite, whether you’re enjoying a contemporary twist on a classic favourite or a fresh creation inspired by the vibrant food culture of Dublin.

From the moment you step inside, you'll be enveloped in an atmosphere that reflects the charm and elegance of a bygone era with a contemporary twist. Our attentive service and stylish ambiance ensure a dining experience that is as memorable as the food itself.

Join us at The Coburg Restaurant, where history, flavour, and luxury come together to create a dining experience like no other.
