Our beloved Supper Club is back this year, and we couldn't be more excited!

The Supper Club at The Coburg will be happening once a month, during the first Thursday of each month. Every month, anticipate a new perfect pairing with a different taste and experience. And to kick off the year, we are beyond excited to be working with Writers’ Tears.

Are you ready for an unparalleled culinary adventure? Join us on Thursday, 7th March, as we dive into an evening of gastronomic delight at The Coburg’s Writers’ Tears Supper Club. Starting at 6:30 PM, prepare to indulge in a feast crafted by our Executive Head Chef, Marek Sulg, expertly paired with premium whiskies from Writers’ Tears.

From the tantalizing Grilled Peach and Prosciutto Salad to the sumptuous Irish Hereford Beef Fillet and the decadent Dark Chocolate Mousse with Honeycomb, each dish is a celebration of Ireland's finest produce and the rich heritage of Writers’ Tears whiskies.
